We've launched a new product to make bookings faster and easier for you, here are a few of our most commonly asked questions.
 

Q: I’ve paid but why has my booking not yet been confirmed? Why haven’t I received a response from the Landlord?
A: Landlords usually respond to a request within 48 hours. If you request a space over the weekend you should receive a response within the next two working days.
 

Q: If my booking has been rejected when will I get my refund?
A: Appear Here automatically releases the funds when a booking has been rejected. However, depending on our third party payment provider Stripe, and your bank, it could take up to a few days for the funds to appear in the your account.
 

Q: Once I have booked, when will I be able to access the space?
A: Once you have booked you will be put in direct contact with the Landlord to accommodate entry.
 

Q: What if I change my mind and don’t need the space?
A: The tenancy agreement is a legal contract.  Therefore, after signing the tenancy agreement you cannot cancel your booking without the agreement of the Landlord.
